Sleeve-type dual-side sealing packaging system, suitable for production lines operating at 150–200 BPM.
Special Instructions
- The machine height can be customized to match the production line’s working height. Standard working height is 750mm or 900mm. If the line height exceeds this, the machine can be adjusted accordingly.
- The position of the control box can be configured based on the production line layout.
- For packaging formats such as 1x2, 1x3, 3x4, 2x4, 2x5, or PET bottles, optional components can be added as needed.
- Product infeed can be enhanced with an optional agitation mechanism.
- The upper shrink film is color-printed on the surface; the lower film is transparent. (Color film packaging is optional.)
- Six or eight-lane infeed design enables two-pack push at a time.
- Features an HMI display interface that is intuitive and user-friendly.
- Digital temperature controller allows precise setting and adjustment of sealing temperature.

FM Series Shrink Wrapper / Features
- Digital temperature controller allows for more precise adjustment of the tunnel temperature.

- The shrink tunnel uses a circulation fan motor for even hot air distribution. Conveyor is roller-driven, durable, and speed adjustable.
- Rollers are sleeved with heat-resistant silicone rubber or fiberglass tubing to prevent film from sticking.
FM Series Shrink Wrapper / Specifications
◎ If the model number ends with an "L", it indicates the internal oven length is extended by 300mm, resulting in an overall machine length increase of 300mm.
◎ If the model number ends with an "S", it indicates the outlet side plate is extended by 300mm for enhanced cooling, resulting in an overall machine length increase of 300mm.
