Packing speed
A / The packing pattern for cans, is 2x2, 2x3, 3x4; among them, 2x2, 2x3, reaching for 80 packs every minute
B/ The packing pattern for 500cc~1500cc PET bottles (base can be five~claw) is 2x2, 2x3, reaching for 65 packs every minute. It can mate to high-speed production operation with high-speed. -
Feeding way :
Straight-type feeding, auto row arrangement, synchronous for single pack (line) double packs (lines), suitable for coupling production line. -
Film packing way :
Base sealed, no seam of sealing. Packing is beautiful, and this is a advanced fashionable packing in the world. -
Breakthrough traditional packing way with sealing, it eliminates the poor condition of easy breaking on the sealing part.

Film applied :
PE material mono-roll film, split into 2 rolls: transparent film and colorful printing location plate can be used. (This machine is suitably used for PE colorful print film packing, and it lets product have additional value). A essential tool for innovation and marketing. -
Control system :
Servo control system, fluent performance, interface control panel, and easy for operation. -
Connecting rod is driven by chain belt, and plastic steel delivers plastic film to insert into the product. Needless to use of pusher, it performs with high speed, rapid accurate, and efficient to make product beautiful and uniform. It is operated together with production line.

Heat shrinkage furnace has equilibrated heat radiation, and conveyor is composed of stainless steel for transmission. It is durable for use.

Air leading unit is deviced inside of colorful film shrinkage furnace, and the air direction can be adjusted. No matter of colorful or transparent film, after shrinking, the product becomes beautiful and uniform.

Remark :
If different packing size is required, and needed to replace with different mold size, then one set of single mold is provided for the machine product. If product is square or flat bottle, then the entrance had to add with separate-row mechanism.
